            Terms & Conditions

At Shropshire Reliable Travel, we aim to provide a reliable, professional and stress-free hospital transport service. To ensure every journey runs smoothly, the following terms and conditions apply.

Waiting Time

  • The first 30 minutes of waiting time after your scheduled pickup or arrival at the hospital is included free of charge.

  • After the initial 30 minutes, waiting time will be charged at £0.30 per minute.

Hospital Parking Charges

  • Any hospital parking charges incurred during your appointment are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the final fare at cost.

Payment

  • Payment is required to secure your booking.

  • A secure payment link will be sent at the time of booking.

  • Payment must be completed either at the time of booking or no later than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Bookings may be cancelled if payment has not been received by the required deadline.

Appointment Delays

  • We understand that hospital appointments can overrun. We will always do our best to accommodate delays, subject to driver availability and existing bookings.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable, as the driver and vehicle have been reserved exclusively for your booking.

Passenger Assistance

  • We are happy to provide reasonable assistance to and from the vehicle. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require additional support or are travelling with a walking aid.

Journey Planning

  • We carefully plan every hospital journey to allow sufficient time for normal traffic conditions. While every effort is made to ensure punctuality, delays caused by severe traffic, road closures, accidents or adverse weather are outside our control.
